Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. Free never expires and does not require a credit card. It includes up to five rosters, calendar and list views, Australian public holidays, ICS export, and offline roster access.
What happens to my data if I cancel Pro?
Your saved data is preserved and your account returns to Free when the paid period ends. If you have more than five rosters, you cannot create another roster until you resubscribe or reduce your saved roster count.
Can my partner see my roster without an account?
Yes. Pro lets you create a private share link that you can revoke whenever you need. Free users can instead export an ICS file to share directly.
How do live calendar subscriptions work?
Pro gives you a subscription link for compatible calendar apps. When your roster changes, the subscribed calendar can refresh without importing a new file each time.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
There is no time-limited Pro trial. Free remains available permanently, so you can build and use your roster before deciding whether the coordination tools are worth adding.
What is the refund policy?
Monthly Pro is non-refundable; cancelling stops future billing and access continues until the paid period ends. Annual Pro and Lifetime purchases have a 14-day money-back guarantee.
