Is the free plan really free forever?

Yes. The free plan never expires and never requires a credit card. You get 5 rosters, calendar view, Australian public holidays overlay, ICS export, and offline access — free, permanently.

What happens to my data if I cancel Pro?

Your account reverts to the free plan. You keep all your data and up to 5 rosters remain fully accessible. Any rosters beyond 5 are preserved but become read-only until you resubscribe or delete the extras.

Can my partner access the shared roster on the free plan?

Private share links are a Pro feature. On the free plan you can still export your roster as an ICS file and share the file directly with your partner to import into their calendar app.

Is there a free trial for Pro?

There is no time-limited trial — instead, the free plan is permanently available so you can use FIFO Planner as long as you need before deciding to upgrade.

What is the refund policy?

Monthly Pro: no refunds — cancelling stops future billing and you keep access until the period ends. Annual Pro and Lifetime: a 14-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of purchase. Requests after 14 days are not eligible for a refund.

Are prices in AUD including GST?

Yes. All prices shown are in Australian dollars and include GST. Subscriptions are billed in advance and can be cancelled anytime from your account settings.
